This is a new area, we have diversified into. We make the
complete steel
construction. Piping and all electrical installations and
take care of the complete
structural refit. We remove the entire wooden interior carefully
and replace the
skeleton of the hull part by part. U-tech experts and specialised
machinery are
used to achieve the highest possible accuracy when bending
the steel frames
and sheets into the correct angle for the boat.
The
U-Tech steel support system ensures the safe removal
of the rudder.
The condition of the boat before work commences clearly
shows the need for extensive work on steel frames and
for the use of appropriate finishing treatments.
The specially designed U-Tech cradle allows easy access
to the areas needing repair.
Welders carefully remove the old steel from the keel.
The new steel panels are then welded into place on
the original keel.
